If you and your family are likely to be spending time overseas, you will want to consider whether to recruit a nanny at the location, or whether you can take your children's nanny with you.
Your children will obviously prefer the latter of these options, and there are some administrative processes to be dealt with, these varying according to the country you are going to be living in, for example, it is the families responsibility should a visa be required for their nanny.
If you know you'll be going overseas at the point at which you recruit your nanny, it will of course be helpful that you state this when completing the family registration form.
